Mike Noack

CEO, President

Mike has over 30 years of energy experience in production, midstream engineering, and operations at Shell and Central Crude/Louisiana Tank, among others. He has built and sold several gathering and production companies. Mike holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oral Roberts University.

Kyle Walker

PE, VP of Engineering – GCCS

Kyle spent the last 10 years at a leading environmental contractor company that works in construction and maintenance of landfill gas recovery systems for solid waste landfills, serving as VP of Operations from 2014-2018 and then President from 2018-2022. Kyle holds Master of Science Environmental Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

PE, VP of Engineering & Operations

Matt has 15 years of engineering experience in civil and midstream projects. He has designed and managed the construction of roadways/bridges, natural gas pipelines, treating plants, and compressor stations. Matt holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Mississippi State University.

VP of Business Development

Paul has decades of development experience, most recently in the produced water pipeline gathering systems in the Permian Basin for multiple companies. His responsibilities include marketing, contract negotiations, and project development.

Robert McGinley, Jr.

VP of Renewable Partnerships

Rob is responsible for overseeing and developing partnerships with landfill owners and operators, both public and private. Rob started his career in King & Spalding’s home office in Atlanta as a member of the financial transactions practice group.

Stephen Smith

Senior Project Advisor

Stephen has extensive experience in the landfill gas processing industry. He has designed, constructed, and operated 11 landfill gas-to-energy plants for Clean Energy Renewable Fuels (CERF) and Aria Energy (now called Archaea Energy). He has been involved with over 19 renewable natural gas plants Nationwide. In his 45-year career, he has been involved with over 500 landfills in the US and many foreign countries, such as Peru, Argentina, Columbia, Mexico, Korea, Japan, and several in Israel. He also owned/operated over 7 landfills in the US. He has served in corporate-level positions in a number of companies, most recently he was SVP of Technical Services at Aria and, prior to that SVP of Operations, and COO at CERF.
